General Terms
1. Intellectual property and permitted use
All editorial materials, lab scripts, trademarks, and interface elements remain the property of RouteMint Lab News or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the content for personal learning and internal team training within the scope of your subscription or trial. You may not scrape, resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute paid sequences without written permission. Open references to third-party marks belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the website, booking a consultation, or using lab materials, you agree to these General Terms and the policies linked in the footer. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately and contact hello@cloud-core.one to close any active relationship. We may update these terms to reflect operational changes, regulatory guidance, or product adjustments; material updates will be posted with a revised date at the top of this page.
3. User obligations and acceptable conduct
You agree to provide accurate information in forms, avoid interfering with site security, and refrain from attempts to overload infrastructure or probe non-public endpoints. You must keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not use the service to distribute malware, harass staff or learners, or misrepresent affiliations with RouteMint Lab News.
4. Liability and disclaimers
Educational content is provided for informational purposes and does not replace official certification documentation or employer policies. To the fullest extent permitted under the law of the Republic of Korea, RouteMint Lab News disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose where allowable. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on editorial timing, lab configurations, or third-party tools referenced in articles.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a breach of these terms, a security risk, or non-payment where commercial access applies. You may terminate your use at any time by ceasing access and requesting deletion of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that reasonably survive termination—including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law—remain in effect.
6. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction’s law to apply. Parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul for disputes arising from these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you. You may also pursue remedies available under the Korean Consumer Protection Act where applicable.
