Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation and refund process
To request a cancellation or refund for a paid digital lab package, email hello@cloud-core.one with your account email, purchase reference, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within one business day Korea Standard Time and outline any verification steps required. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment path where technically possible.
2. Exceptions and non-refundable items
Custom enterprise workshops that include bespoke lab builds may carry separate cancellation windows described in the order form. Promotional bundles that include third-party vouchers may be partially non-refundable if the voucher was already issued. Donation-style or zero-cost editorial items do not create a payment obligation and are outside refund scope.
3. Contact for billing disputes
Direct billing questions to hello@cloud-core.one with subject line "Billing dispute" and attach any receipts. We cooperate in good faith with good-faith disputes and may request additional documentation to prevent fraud. Escalations are handled by a dedicated coordinator separate from editorial staff.
4. Scope of this policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through RouteMint Lab News properties linked from cloud-core.one. Reseller or marketplace purchases may be governed by the marketplace’s policy; we will clarify when that applies. Nothing here limits statutory rights available to consumers in Korea.
5. Eligibility windows
For standard digital subscriptions, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of initial purchase if you have not substantially consumed downloadable assets beyond the preview threshold. After the fourteen-day window, we may offer partial credits toward future cohorts at our discretion. Enterprise agreements follow the schedule in the signed statement of work.
6. Processing timeframe
Approved refunds are initiated within seven business days and may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider. We communicate expected timelines when verification is required. If a refund cannot be completed electronically, we will propose an alternative supported by Korean consumer practice.
