FAQ

Questions worth answering plainly

Use the search box to filter. We include limitation disclosures on purpose—if something is missing, it is probably outside our CCNA-scale lane.

Labs

Do browser labs replace rack time?

They complement it. You can rehearse sequences quickly in the browser, then validate muscle memory when hardware is available. We never claim racks are obsolete.

Labs

How current is the blueprint refresh article?

We date every revision and link to the vendor’s public outline. If a paragraph ages out, we archive it with a forward link to the replacement story.

Editorial

Do you sell exam vouchers?

No. We explain what changed and how to study; procurement paths are between you and authorized providers.

Editorial

Can teams reuse articles internally?

Small teams may share links and PDFs generated from our contact desk for internal study. Redistribution on the open web requires written permission.

Accounts

What happens after I submit the contact form?

A coordinator replies within one business day Korea Standard Time with next steps. We do not auto-enroll you in marketing lists.

Accounts

Is there a public API for articles?

Not today. RSS is on the roadmap behind stability work; ask if your university program needs a bulk export.

Policies

Where is the Cancellation Policy?

Use the Returns & Refunds link in the footer to open the hosted Cancellation Policy. It mirrors Korean consumer timelines for digital goods.

Can I reject analytics cookies?

Yes. Rejecting analytics does not block articles or forms. Functional cookies still keep theme and consent memory.

Honest limits

What do you intentionally skip?

We do not publish salary promises, hiring guarantees, or closed exam items. If a topic needs a licensed mentor, we say so plainly.

Honest limits

Do you cover every Cisco specialty?

No. Coverage stays near CCNA-scale routing, switching, wireless fundamentals, and light automation. Data center fabrics and service provider cores sit outside our lane.
