Privacy Policy

1. Third-party processors and subprocessors

We rely on a small set of infrastructure and analytics vendors to host the site, deliver email, and understand feature usage. Each vendor is required to process data only under documented instructions and to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures. A current list of categories of processors is available upon request to hello@cloud-core.one and may be updated as vendors change.

2. Data collected and sources

We collect identifiers you submit through forms (name, email, organization, project size), technical logs generated by your browser (IP address, user agent, timestamps), and optional analytics events if you opt in to non-essential cookies. We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data and ask that you refrain from submitting government identifiers unless legally required. If you connect a calendar link for consultations, scheduling metadata may be processed by our calendar provider according to their policy.

3. Scope and roles

RouteMint Lab News acts as a controller for personal data collected through this website and related communications. Where we process data on behalf of an enterprise customer, additional agreements govern roles and instructions. This policy applies to visitors, subscribers, and corporate contacts interacting with our public properties.

4. Contacting the data team

For privacy questions, data subject requests, or processor inquiries, email hello@cloud-core.one with a clear subject line and sufficient detail to verify your identity. We respond within a reasonable period consistent with Korean privacy practice and any applicable timelines for consumer rights. If you prefer postal correspondence, use the business address published on the contact page.

5. Retention and minimization

Form submissions are retained for the period needed to fulfill your request and maintain operational records unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics logs tied to optional cookies are rotated on a short schedule when you withdraw consent. Backups may persist for a limited technical window before automatic deletion.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on your relationship with us, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain processing activities. You may withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time using the cookie controls without affecting core site functionality. We will verify requests to prevent unauthorized disclosures and explain any limitations imposed by law.
